By downloading, installing, or using the Nisbah mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Nisbah is designed to assist Muslims with daily worship. You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App.
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Not distribute, sublicense, or resell the App.

While we strive for maximum accuracy, prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated using mathematical formulas and device sensors. We recommend verifying with local mosque schedules. Nisbah is not responsible for any inaccuracies in prayer times or Qibla direction.

The Quran text, translations, and Islamic content provided in the App are sourced from established Islamic scholarship. While we take great care to ensure accuracy, translations are interpretive in nature and should not be considered a substitute for learning Arabic or consulting scholars.

The Nisbah App, including its design, logos, icons, and original content, is the intellectual property of the Nisbah team. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

Nisbah may display advertisements through Google AdMob or other ad networks. We strive to ensure ads are appropriate and respectful. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, please report it to us.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nisbah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
